Allow Me TO Introduce Myself
I was born and raised in Kalispell, MT and have had the pleasure of calling Missoula home for the past 15 years, specifically Ward 5 since 2012. I love all of western Montana and can be found in one of our great state’s many rivers or mountains whenever I have the chance.
As a Montana native, I have known that this state was special since my first trip to Glacier National Park at age 4. After seeing the light and transferring from Montana State University to the University of Montana (Go Griz!) in 2004, it became clear to me that very first semester of school what a special city Missoula is and that this would be my home. Since graduating from UM, my career path in Missoula has been varied including roles in secondary education, construction, and as a small business owner. This assortment of experience in a vast array of industries gives me a well-rounded understanding of what a diverse place Missoula is and the trying but important task of balancing the needs of all Missoulians as our city moves into the future.
Ward 5 is my home and representing the people of Ward 5 will be my priority. Missoula’s enduring growth, particularly on the south end of town, has been a boon to our fair city. Watching small businesses thrive and community spaces developed instills in me a great sense of pride in our community, and I am acutely aware of the careful planning and consideration that is involved in shaping a neighborhood. I want to represent the voice of Ward 5 in City Council as Missoula continues to progress and flourish. Please consider making a donation or volunteering for my campaign so we can ensure a sustainable Missoula together.
